I was having a problem with someone the master unlock features so I wrote Vaultek, They was great about emailing me back with a method to try. I fallacy sent a video for them to see issues, but these were unsuccessful until myself and a Tech from Vauktek got on a video call and we were able to get the issue resolved innjsut a few minutes. If you have trouble use the customer support system. it worked great for me and I will use again if the need arises.

Still haven’t received the item purchased. When I asked for a refund of the shipping charges due to the delay, nobody from Vaultec contacted me

Well I’m not too picky but it was a bummer that the was a mix up in the ordering process cause there’s been a delay. But other than that it’s fine

Was looking for a safe, secure yet cost effective solution to store my firearm in my vehicle. After searching and searching, I decided on the Vaultex Life Pod. After getting to know the unit, I decided that I needed one for the home. Needless to say, I’m extremely satisfied with both purchases. My firearm is secure when I can’t carry in certain situations and it’s secure in my home where I don’t have to worry about the kids getting to it. Very Pleased!!

I never heard about a delay in processing - had to email to find out it still won't ship for another 2 weeks and will miss the birthday gift timeline we had planned. That should be stated somewhere when purchasing.
UPDATE: Talked with tech support and they are resolving the issue quickly - much appreciated.

Previous purchase of an RX500i , although I am having trouble setting up the Wi-Fi on the RX500i

Super quality product. Excellent customer service. I wish there would’ve been a warning about the wifi app needing a certain bandwidth to work. I didn’t know until my safe got delivered. Luckily, I was able to solve the issue.

I contacted Vaultek about vetrans discount. They promptly emailed me back with process to get the discount. I placed the order with them and received my MX safe within a few days. The Safe was very easy to set up and program. It is exactly what I had hoped for. This is my third Vaultek product and I highly recommend their products.

Said it was in stock so I ordered it for Mother’s Day as a gift (2.5 weeks prior to Mother’s Day) and then didn’t get an email about shipping so I emailed them a week and a half after I ordered only to find out it won’t be in stock until 25 May! They said I should’ve been notified but I never was until it was too late to order her something else. I won’t be buying from the website. Upset about the lack of customer support and service!

Nearly three years ago is when I purchase my RS500i and it's been the perfect safe in every way. A couple of days ago I had an issue with it where the display did not function properly and bricked the safe. Vaultek responded immediately (on the weekend if I may add) and provided some guidance. When that did not work Vaultek shipped over a brand new unit and paid for me to ship back the old (you'd be more impressed by their gesture by just looking at the sheer size of the RS500i). That right, they replaced it no questions asked! And no, I had not purchased an extended warranty at some box retailer; I had not even registered the unit as recommended by Vaultek. I was expecting to pay to have unit serviced and was SHOCKED at their incredible gesture. They provided incredible customer service and it's the reason why we own multiple Vaultek products and will be a customer for life. If you want to support a company that puts out high quality products, stands by their customers and products (to a tune of three years after purchase), look no further than Vaultek!!!

Nice piece of gear, but if I had known that the security cable and the carry handle cannot be used at the same time I would not have ordered the carry handle. Maybe make that part more clear or set expectations better there. Thank you for considering.

Box says made in China. Foam pieces are very loose. It is nice to keep in my car but the made in China really bothers me. I am buying a stop box for my other vehicles.

I bought the product because it met my needs very well. When a problem developed with the keypad, the service and support were superb! These folks really stand behind their product!
