"Really quiet and easy to live with"
I didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate this being quiet until I actually started using it. No random loud beeps, no annoying noises in the middle of the night, just kind of sits there and does its job. that’s exactly what I wanted

"The safe itself is okay, but the mounting..."
The safe itself is okay, but the mounting holes didn’t line up with my old bracket, so I had to go buy extra hardware just to get it installed. It’s also a little frustrating because it works when it wants to, sometimes it opens fine, other times it takes a few tries. Not terrible, but definitely more annoying than I expected...

"Looks great on the nightstand"
I really like how clean and modern this looks on my nightstand. It doesn’t have that bulky, ugly safe vibe at all, which I think a lot of people will appreciate if they want something secure that still blends in with their room.

My first impression was that the setup felt more confusing than it needed to be. I did eventually get it working, but it took a while and the instructions could definitely be clearer. It’s not a bad product, just a little slow and frustrating to set up at first...

"Pretty solid once you start using it"
I wasn’t really expecting much at first, and I mostly just wanted something that would do the job without feeling cheap. After having it for a few weeks, though, I’ve noticed little things like the door closing nice and tight, no random rattling, and the metal having some real weight to it. The build quality is actually better than I expected, and it feels solid every time I open it...

"Easy to carry and not too bulky"
I really like the size of my Vaultek safe. It sorta fits perfectly in my bag without taking over all the space, and it doesn’t feel like I’m carrying around a brick.
The weight feels just right to me, solid enough to feel secure, but still portable. I’ve taken it on a couple trips already, and it’s been easy to pack up and move around...

"Pretty smooth delivery, just took a bit"
My order arrived in good shape, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. It did take a couple extra days longer than I expected... but not a huge deal. The delivery guy left it exactly where I asked, so that was nice!

"I’ve been using my Vaultek safe for..."
I’ve been using my Vaultek safe for a little while now, and the lid/hinge setup has been solid. It opens smoothly and doesn’t have that loose, cheap feel at all. When it closes, everything lines up nicely too. Compared to some other safes I’ve used, it feels more... well, just better put together. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the lid can feel a little stiff here and there, but it’s nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Support got me unstuck fast"
I ran into an issue setting up my safe and felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Support got back to me really quickly, explained everything in a simple way, and I had it working the same day. Super relieved and really happy with the help.

"Glad I got this fingerprint lock"
The fingerprint lock works really fast, and it makes me feel a lot safer at home. I didn’t realize how much I worried about losing keys or someone else getting hold of them until I started using this. Now I just tap my finger and I’m in, which feels way more secure and convenient.

"Safe arrived packed really well"
I ordered from vaulteksafe.com the packaging just felt really solid right away. I don’t know, I was expecting it to be fine, but this was better than I had in my head.
The safe had thick foam around it and nothing seemed to be shifting or rattling inside. The corners looked like they were actually protected too, which made me feel a lot better since the outside box had a couple little dents.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the tape on one side was kind of loose, which didn’t feel amazing. But the safe itself showed up clean with no damage, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Fingerprint has been really reliable"
I wasn’t sure if the fingerprint feature would actually be consistent, but so far it’s worked every time I’ve tried it. I keep expecting it to miss once in a while, but it hasn’t yet

"Manual was actually easy to follow"
Honestly, 5 stars from me. I usually kind of hate setting up safes, but the Vaultek manual was actually clear and not confusing at all. The steps for the keypad, app, and fingerprints were all laid out in a way I could follow without, you know, having to guess. Took me maybe 20 minutes total. Really nice when instructions don’t make things harder than they need to be...

"I like the way this is laid..."
I like the way this is laid out inside. It keeps my stuff from moving all over the place, and those little sections are handy for smaller things so I can grab whatever easily. The only thing is that the space between the shelves feels a bit tight. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

"Backup key came through when I needed it"
I started noticing the fingerprint reader was being hit-or-miss, and sure enough, it picked the worst time to act up. Luckily, the backup key got me in quickly without much hassle. Definitely made me appreciate having a backup option.

I’ve only had to charge it once so far, and it’s still going strong. Obviously I’ll need a bit more time to see how it holds up long term, but for now I’m impressed with the battery life

"Interior light is surprisingly helpful"
I got my Vaultek safe set up, the interior light might be one of my favorite features. It’s bright enough that I can actually see what’s inside without reaching for my phone flashlight like I always had to with my old safe. Finally.
It turns on right away when I open the safe, which makes a big difference at night. Simple feature, but super useful. Clutch. I’m really happy with it so far

"I really like how quick this safe..."
I really like how quick this safe opens. I don’t have to mess around with it or wait forever, I just scan and it opens right up. Something about it just feels super convenient, especially when I’m in a hurry.
